ABOUT ME
I didn’t plan to become an embodiment coach.
My path began in the world of activism, international development, and social justice—work that felt meaningful but often kept me in my head, constantly doing, fixing, organizing. At the same time, I was dancing whenever I could, following a pull that felt less like a hobby and more like a lifeline.
The truth is, I didn’t realize how disconnected I was from my own body until it started whispering—and then shouting—for my attention. I felt restless, anxious, sometimes numb. On paper, I was accomplished and capable. But under the surface, I was craving something I didn’t yet have the words for: aliveness, pleasure, safety, trust. A sense of being at home in myself.
I stumbled into somatics and embodiment through movement—yoga, dance, improvisation, and the raw, honest experiences of living in my queer, creative body. What started as a personal exploration slowly became a professional calling. I trained in yoga, somatics, and bodywork, not just to gain tools, but to remember what it meant to feel again—to listen deeply, to rest, to shake, to cry, to laugh, to be wildly human.
Now, I work with women, queer, trans, and non-binary folks to support this same journey home. I help people reestablish trust and safety in their bodies, connect with their inner wisdom, and reclaim the full spectrum of their embodied expression—whether that’s through tears, boundaries, belly-laughter, or bold creative choices.
My work is rooted in queer, feminist, and anti-racist values. I believe our bodies hold stories that deserve to be heard—and that through tending to them with curiosity and care, we unlock more space for expression, pleasure, and radical aliveness.
