Yoga as a Lifelong Anchor
Yoga has been a foundational practice in my life—something I’ve returned to again and again since the age of 17 to meet life’s biggest challenges. Whether navigating the deaths of loved ones, moving through major life transitions, or simply seeking solace, I’ve found home in the breath, presence, and mindful movement that yoga offers.
I love teaching Vinyasa flow classes, weaving in astrology, anatomy, and yoga philosophy to offer grounded yet expansive practices. I’m equally drawn to the slowness and intricacy of Yin and Restorative yoga, where we can soften, listen, and restore our nervous systems.
I offer both group classes and private sessions, with a focus on using the tools of yoga to build resilient nervous systems and cultivate loving awareness through breath and movement. Yoga, to me, is not about perfect shapes but about presence, relationship, and the return to self.
